At Spantech we are always up for a challenge. When a large airline company asked us if we could build a permanent maintenance hangar in a short time span, our team of experts was eager to start working on it right away. The main use of the hangar would be for the maintenance of planes and had to comply with FAA regulations.
Off to a flying start
As the airline needed the hangar urgently, our modular constructions were the perfect solution. As a specialist in modular buildings, Spantech used its modular building capabilities to build a permanent hangar that meets the requirements of the customer as well as meet FAA regulations. In only a matter of 60 days the hangar was installed at the airport, thanks to our pre-assembled construction parts and the integration of our engineering, production and installation departments. We put an easy foundation system in place that needed little ground preparation, which made the installation in such a short time span possible.
